摘 要:本文基于CWM80x数据采集系统测温技术,介绍了CWM80x数据采集系统的组成和工作原理以及在白鹤滩水电站左岸进水塔温控混凝土中的应用情况。测试成果表明:CWM80x自动化数据采集系统能及时、准确、连续采集混凝土内部温度数据并传输到后方电脑,从而指导现场的通水冷却工作,实现了通水流量动态调节,尽可能地减少了混凝土块温度裂缝的产生,具有较大的工程应用价值。The composition and working principle of CWM80 x data acquisition system as well as its application in temperature control concrete of inlet tower on the left bank of Baihetan Hydropower Station are introduced in the paper based on the temperature measurement technology of CWM80 x data acquisition system. Test results show that CWM80 x automation data acquisition system can be applied for collecting concrete internal temperature data timely, accurately and continuously and transmitting the data to the rear computer so as to guide water cooling work in the site, thereby realizing cooling flow capacity dynamic adjustment, and minimizing the cracks of the concrete temperature, and the technology has great engineering application value.
