摘  要:水工混凝土实体质量以芯样强度作为判断标准。若取芯检测数量少,样品代表性不好;由于试块的养护及制作条件不同,芯样强度难以真实反映实体质量。本文探讨了基于回弹法的混凝土实体质量过程控制,使用回弹法推定龄期混凝土强度,建立小于1.15倍设计值、大于混凝土配制强度、标准差以及离差系数的评价指标,利用混凝土回弹推定值综合反映工程实体质量。实践证明:回弹法可较为全面地反映混凝土浇筑质量,建立的评价体系能够作为质量过程控制的依据,可为提高施工工艺提供数据支撑,为工程验收和整体评价提供技术保障。The solid quality of hydraulic concrete is judged by core sample strength. If the number of cores for tests are less, the sample representativeness is not good.It is difficult for the core strength to truly reflect the solid quality due to different curing and making conditions of test blocks. The process control of concrete solid quality based on springback method is introduced in the paper. The springback method is applied to estimate the strength of aged concrete, thereby establishing the evaluation indexes less than 1.15 times of design value, greater than concrete preparation strength, standard deviation and deviation coefficient. The concrete springback estimation value is applied to comprehensively reflect the quality of engineering solid. Practice has proved that the springback method can reflect the quality of concrete pouring comprehensively, and the established evaluation system can serve as the basis for quality process control, thereby providing data support for improving construction technology, and technical support for project acceptance and overall evaluation.
