组织多普勒超声联合高敏cTnI评价放射性心脏损伤的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨提高RIHD检出率的方法。方法选取行放疗的胸部肿瘤患者128例,分别于放疗前及放疗后不同时间行TDI、高敏cTnI检查。比较两者及两者联合检查对RIHD的检出率。结果 TDI联合高敏cTnI对放疗后不同时间RIHD的检出率均高于两者单一检测(χ^2=6.35~15.84,P<0.05);与放疗前相比,放疗后3个月E、Ea、E/Ea值均降低(P<0.01),IRT/ET、ICT/ET、Tei指数、cTnI均升高(P<0.01)。结论 TDI联合高敏cTnI能提高RIHD的检出率,对放疗评估具有重要价值。Objective To explore ways to improve the detection rate of RIHD.MethodsA total of 128 patients with chest tumors who underwent radiotherapy were selected,and TDI and high-sensitivity cTnI were performed at different times before and after radiotherapy.The detection rate of RIHD between the two and their combined inspection were compared.Results TDI combined with high-sensitivity cTnI had higher detection rates of RIHD at different times after radiotherapy than the single detection of both(χ^2=6.35~15.84,P<0.05).Compared with the data before radiotherapy,at 3 months after radiotherapy,E,Ea,and E/Ea values decreased(P<0.01),while IRT/ET,ICT/ET,Tei index,and cTnI all increased(P<0.01).Conclusion TDI combined with high-sensitivity cTnI can improve the detection rate of RIHD and is of great value for radiotherapy evaluation.
