摘  要:为研究金银花提取物对病原菌体外抑菌效果,采用牛津杯法体外抑菌实验,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和沙门氏菌进行体外抑菌实验.结果表明金银花提取物对4种细菌均有抑菌作用.沙门氏菌对金银花提取物有较强的敏感性,抑菌圈直径18.1 mm.对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果最强,MIC值均为31.2 mg/mL,对沙门氏菌的抑菌活性次之,MIC值为125 mg/m L,对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌活性最弱,MIC值为250 mg/mL.The experiment was conducted to study the antibacterial effects of honeysuckle on four pathogenic bacteria in vitro.The honeysuckle had the bacteriotasis against Pseudomonas aeraginosa,Escheriehia coli,salmonella and Staphyloccocus aureus.Salmonella had a better sensitivity for honeysuckle extract,the inhibition zone diameter greater than 18.1 mm.The minimal inhibitory concentrations were 31.2 mg/mL to E.coli.The minimum bacteriotasis concentration against salmonella was 125 mg/mL,and 250 mg/mL to Pseudomonas aeraginosa.
