摘　　要：目的了解与掌握重庆男男性接触(MSM)人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染状况及相关影响因素,为后续干预提供依据与支持。方法依托MSM人群社会志愿者组织在本地MSM人群主要活动场所对目标人群开展调查,了解其一般情况、艾滋病知识知晓情况、性行为特点等,对每位被调查者提供艾滋病咨询与HIV、梅毒快速检测服务。结果重庆MSM人群HIV感染初筛阳性率为9.0%,梅毒阳性率为2.6%。文化程度与既往是否接受过艾滋病防治干预为感染HIV的保护因素(P<0.05);是否通过交友软件寻找性交易的卖方、自认为感染HIV的风险为感染HIV的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论MSM人群具有年龄偏大、在婚比例较高及自认为双性性取向所占比例较大等特点,是艾滋病由MSM人群传向大众的桥梁人群,对该类人群探索开展适宜的防治干预措施十分重要。Objective To understand and grasp the HIV infection status and related influencing factors in the Chongqing man who have sex with man(MSM),so as to provide evidence and support for subsequent intervention.Methods After signing the informed consent,relying on the volunteers of the social MSM organization to carry out survey of face-to-face questionnaire survey on the subjects that met the inclusion criteria in the main activities of the local MSM.To understand investigators′general situation,AIDS knowledge,sex behavior characteristics,and carry out rapid HIV testing and counselling,syphilis rapid detection of every the investigators.Results The HIV positive rate of local MSM was 9.0%,the syphilis positive rate was 2.6%.The level of education and whether previously received HIV intervention were the protection factors of the HIV infection(P<0.05),but the usage of dating software to find sex sellers and self-perceived risk of HIV infection were the dangerous factors of the HIV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The age of MSM is older,the proportion of married and the proportion of self-identified bisexual orientation are larger,they are a bridge between the MSM population and the general public.It is very important to explore appropriate prevention and treatment interventions.
