经导管介入封堵治疗瓦氏窦瘤破裂的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨介入封堵治疗瓦氏窦瘤破裂的疗效及安全性。方法4例瓦氏窦瘤破裂的患者行介入封堵治疗,其中3例窦瘤破入右心房,1例窦瘤破入右心室,经建立股动脉→瓦氏窦瘤破口→右房(或右室)轨道,经X线透视下置入大小合适的封堵器(或室间隔小腰大边型封堵器)。结果本组4例瓦氏窦瘤破裂均介入封堵成功,随访1~4年,未出现分流及主动脉瓣返流。结论瓦氏窦瘤破裂适应证选择合适的情况下,介入封堵治疗是一种有效、安全的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcatheter closure in treating ruptured sinus of valsalva aneurysm.Methods 4 valsalva aneurysm patients,the diameter of defect was 4-8 mm,3 cases ruptured into the right atrium,1 into the right ventricle.After establish the arteriovrnous wire loop,ductus arterial occlude(or ventricular septal defect occluder)were employed In the X-ray fluoroscopy.Results The occluder placement was successfully accomplished in 4 patients without complications.After the procedure,no residual shunt or aortic regurgiatation observed following up for 1-4 years.Conclusion In the right choice of indication,transcatheter closure is safe and effective for the treatment of ruptured sinus of valsalva aneurysm.
