复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果。方法选取80例乙肝肝硬化患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用恩替卡韦片治疗,观察组采用复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦片治疗。两组患者均连续治疗24周,比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能、HBV DNA载量、肝纤维化指标、肝脏弹性值、脾大小和门静脉内径的变化。结果两组患者治疗后肝功能、HBV DNA载量、肝纤维化指标、肝脏弹性指数、脾脏大小和门静脉内径均出现不同程度的改善。观察组在肝纤维化各指标和肝脏弹性指数上的改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的效果较好,能显著改善患者的肝纤维化和肝脏弹性。Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of compound Biejiaruangan Troche combined Entecavir to treat hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.Methods Totally 80 hepatitis B cirrhosis patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients of control group were used Entecavir and the patients of observation group were used compound Biejiaruangan Troche combined Entecavir.All the patients were treated for 24 weeks and the difference of treatment was compared in liver function,HBV DNA loads,hepatic fibrosis,value of hepatic elasticity,size of spleen and diameter of portal vein.Results Significant improvement in liver function,HBV DNA loads,hepatic fibrosis,value of hepatic elasticity,size of spleen and diameter of portal vein were observed in the two groups.The improvement of hepatic fibrosis and value of hepatic elasticity in the observation group were superior to that in the control group and had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of compound Biejiaruangan Troche combined Entecavir to treat hepatitis B cirrhosis patients was better,that could significantly improve hepatic fibrosis and value of hepatic elasticity.
