喜炎平联合丙种球蛋白治疗重症手足口病的疗效及对患儿PCT和CRP及心肌酶的影响评价

摘　　要：目的评估喜炎平与丙种球蛋白结合治疗方法用于重症手足口病患儿的临床疗效和对其PCT、CRP、心肌酶的影响效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年8月诊治的60例重症手足口病患儿;依据随机双盲法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组:实行喜炎平治疗方法;观察组:实行喜炎平与丙种球蛋白结合治疗方法;分析两组临床指标。结果观察组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗1周后,观察组降钙素原(PCT)检测值、C反应蛋白(CRP)检测值显著低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)检测值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,观察组肌酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)检测值显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对重症手足口病患儿实行喜炎平与丙种球蛋白结合治疗的临床效果良好,可以改善其PCT、CRP、心肌酶指标。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of Xiyanping and gamma globulin in the treatment of severe hand,foot and mouth disease and its effects on PCT,CRP and myocardial enzymes.Methods The study data were 60 children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease diagnosed and treated from March 2016 to August 2018.According to the random double-blind method,30 patients were included in the group.The control group was treated with Xiyanping.Two groups of clinical indicators were analyzed.Results The effective statistical rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After one week of treatment,the procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The observation groupα-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)detection value compared with the control group,no significant difference,The detection value of creatine isoenzyme(CK-MB)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of the combination of Xiyanping and gamma globulin in children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease is good,which can improve the PCT,CRP and myocardial enzyme indexes.
