摘　　要：目的观察小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗妊娠期高血压的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2016年11月至2018年11月在本院治疗的妊娠期高血压患者260例,采用简单抽样法分为观察组和对照组,各130例,对照组给予小剂量阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后血浆总蛋白和尿蛋白水平及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆总蛋白水平高于对照组,尿蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后出血、出血性休克发生率低于对照组,新生儿难产、早产发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗妊娠期高血压有效率高,能缓解患者临床症状,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective To observe the effect of low dose aspirin combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods 260 patient with gestational hypertension from November 2016 to Novemer 2018 were divided into observation group(n=130)and control group(n=130).The control group was treated with low dose aspirin and the observation group was treated with low molecular heparin on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and the levels of plasma total protein and urinary protein and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma total protein level and urinary protein level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,hemorrhagic shock in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of neonatal dystocia and premature delivery was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective rate of low dose aspirin combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of gestational hypertension is high,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
