摘　　要：近年来,在人类饲养的伴侣宠物、猪、牛、羊、家禽以及林麝等动物体内均已分离到一种能够引发肠外组织感染的大肠埃希菌--肠外致病性大肠埃希菌(extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli,ExPEC)。ExPEC所具有的毒力特征使其能够在消化道以外的组织脏器中定殖增殖,在临床上能引起人和动物的严重感染甚至导致死亡。由于ExPEC导致的疾病存在治疗困难且易复发的特点,给医疗事业和畜牧业造成了巨大的经济损失。ExPEC较强的致病性与其携带的众多毒力因子密不可分。论文就已发现的ExPEC主要毒力因子研究进展进行分类阐述,并介绍了不同毒力因子在ExPEC感染宿主过程中的致病机制。In recent years,Escherichia coli,an extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli(ExPEC),which can cause intestinal infection,has been isolated from human-fed companion pets,pigs,cattle,sheep,poultry,and forest musk deer.ExPEC can colonize organs other than the digestive tract because of its virulence factors,which can cause serious infection and even death in humans and animals.Due to the difficulty in treating diseases caused by ExPEC and the tendency to relapse,the medical industry and animal husbandry have caused a great economic burden.The reason that ExPEC has strong pathogenicity is related to the virulence factor it carries.Therefore,the major virulence factor types and their role in infection of ExEC were reviewed in this paper.
