解毒益气汤辅助辅酶Q10治疗急性病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察解毒益气汤辅助辅酶Q10治疗急性病毒性心肌炎临床疗效。方法患者共76例以随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组各38例,对照组在常规对症干预基础上给予辅酶Q10治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用解毒益气汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效及本组治疗前后中医证候积分、心肌酶谱指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率为92.11%,明显高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心悸、心烦胸闷、发热、咽痛、大便干及小便赤积分显著低于对照组及本组治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肌酸激酶(CK)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均显著低于对照组及本组治疗前(P<0.05);同时两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解毒益气汤辅助辅酶Q10治疗急性病毒性心肌炎可有效提高症状缓解效果,改善心脏功能,且安全性值得认可。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Jiedu Yiqi Decoction combined with coenzyme Q10 on acute viral myocarditis.Methods:76 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,38 cases in each.The control group was treated with coenzyme Q10 on the basis of conventional symptomatic intervention;the observation group was treated with Jiedu Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,myocardial enzyme spectrum index and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 92.11%,significantly better than that of the control group(73.68%)(P<0.05).Palpitation,upset,chest tightness,fever,sore throat,dry stool and red stool scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of CK,cTnI and CK-MB in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Yiqi Decoction combined with co-enzyme Q10 on acute viral myocarditis can effectively improve the symptom relief effect and cardiac function,and its safety deserves recognition.
