摘　　要：明清时期温病学派兴起,疟疾被纳入温病范畴论述。温病学中对疟疾名称、病位等的认识均有继承与发展。清代吴鞠通著《温病条辨》,以三焦为纲辨治疟疾。本研究基于《温病条辨》一书,从"以病为纲,病证结合""审机辨治,尤重病位""方证相应,随证更方"三方面概括论述,结合吴氏针对三焦不同证侯所施具体方药,详述吴鞠通治疗疟疾的临床思维方法;同时将中医临床思维与西医学互参,中西合璧,以期更好地指导临床实践。The school of febrile diseases emerged in Ming and Qing dynasties and malaria was included in the category of febrile diseases.In doctrine of epidemic febrile disease,the knowledge of malaria name,disease location and so on has been inherited and developed.In Qing Dynasty,Wu Jutong wrote Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,taking triple energizer as the main point of syndrome differentiation of malaria.Based on the book Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,and combined with the specific prescription and medicine used by Wu for different syndromes of triple energizer,this paper summarizes and discusses from three aspects:"taking disease as the main line,and combining disease with syndrome""analyzing the pathogenesis for treatment,especially the position of the disease""corresponding prescription with syndrome,and changing prescription according to syndrome".The clinical thinking methods of Wu Jutong in treating malaria is described in detail.At the same time,the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are interlinked,so as to better guide clinical practice.
