波音787项目关键系统评审的问题分析及启示

摘　　要：本文介绍了美国波音787项目特点以及美国联邦航空局(FAA)和波音公司对该项目进行关键系统评审的背景,重点介绍了评审中发现的波音787项目研发过程中存在的问题,以及评审组给出的建议。通过分析波音787项目研制问题及相关改进措施,给出对我国大型民机研制在项目管理、正向设计、供应商管理以及适航管理等方面的启示。The features of Boeing787 program and the background of Boeing787-8 critical systems review has been introduced in this paper.The emphasis is placed on the causes of the identified issues in the review.Some suggests on the program management,system design,supplier management and airworthiness management in China civil aircraft program are given in the last.
