摘  要:将细菌纤维素作为植物纤维增强组分应用于纸页抄造,细菌纤维素湿膜经过分散后,与针叶木浆配抄,考察了其添加量对成纸性能的影响。实验证明不同细菌纤维素添加量对成纸物理性能有不同程度的影响,随着添加量增加,抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数等指标呈现先升后降趋势,透气度则呈现逐渐下降趋势。在细菌纤维素添加量为3%时,纸张抗张指数最大达83.9 N·m/g,较原针叶木浆纤维纸抗张强度提高了13.2%。Bacterial cellulose was used as a component of plant fiber reinforcement in paper making.After dis-persing,the wet membrane of bacterial cellulose was mixed with softwood pulp.The effects of the amount of bac-terial cellulose added on the properties of paper were investigated.Experiments show that different amount of bacterial cellulose has different effects on the physical properties of paper.With the increase of the amount of bacterial cellulose,the tensile index,tear index and burst index show a trend of first rising and then falling,while the permeability shows a trend of gradually decreasing.When the addition of bacterial cellulose was 3%,the maximum tensile index of paper was 83.9 N·m/g,which was 13.2%higher than that of original softwood fiber paper.
