摘　　要：调查分析了2016-2018届洛阳师范学院物理学专业毕业生的就业情况,结果显示:以2018届为例,考研升学的占就业人数的33.7%,从中学教育事业的占36.0%,到企业单位就业的占26.7%。就物理学专业而言,从学生就业出发,提出了人才培养方案修订原则,建立了分流培养模式。This paper analyzes the employment situation of physics graduates of Luoyang Normal University from 2016 to 2018.The results show that:Taking the graduates in 2018 as an example,33.7%of them took postgraduate entrance examination,36.0%worked in secondary education schools and 26.7%worked in enterprises.As far as the physics major is concerned,from the perspective of students'employment,This paper puts forward the revised principle of talent training scheme and establishes the model of shunt training.
