摘　　要：文章针对高职校园文化育人理念缺乏特色、环境育人建设缺乏规划、创新实践育人平台建设过于单一、对创新人才培养推动作用不明显等问题,从高职校园文化建设和创新人才培养的内涵与联系入手,研究并实践了新形势下高职校园文化建设对促进创新人才培养的具体途径。This paper is aimed at the problems in higher vocational campus such as the lack of environmental education construction plan and characteristics culture education conception;the construction of innovation and practice to education platform is too single and has no obvious effect on the innovative talents training.Starting from the connotation and connection of campus culture construction and innovative talents training in higher vocational,the paper researched and practiced the specific ways to promote the cultivation of innovative talents by the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
