摘  要:本文阐述了原下料装置结构在工作中容易出现的问题。受到电解车上下标高限制,下料阀的体积略显庞大;焊接结构的异形下料阀箱体和复杂的传动机构给一线生产带来一定难度;简单的控制功能在使用中略显不足;整体的生产制造成本较高等一系列问题。本文提出将为下料装置更换一种新结构的下料阀,解决原结构的一切问题的基础上降低成本,从而提高经济效益,为铝电解多功能起重机的升级换代奠定基础。The working efficiency of the discharging valve directly affects the discharging process of the electrolysis vehicle.This article describes the problems that are easily encountered in the work of the original blanking device structure.Due to the limitation of the upper and lower elevations of the electrolysis vehicle,the volume of the blanking valve is slightly larger;the heterogenous filler valve box and the complicated transmission mechanism of the welding structure bring certain difficulties to the first-line production;the simple control function is slightly insufficient in use;A series of problems such as higher production costs.This article proposes to replace the blanking device with a new structure of the valve,to solve the original structure of all the problems on the basis of reducing costs,thereby increasing economic efficiency,to lay the foundation for the upgrading of aluminum electrolysis cranes.
