摘　　要：本文介绍了冶炼烟气制酸石灰石膏法脱硫系统工艺原理及流程。针对脱硫系统运行过程中存在的系统阻力增大、管道及捕沫器等设备设施堵塞、烟气洗涤不到位及尾气排放超标等问题,从根本上,提出了解决措施。将原有加灰阀改造为自动控制的电动三通调节阀,改造后,有效降低了脱硫设备设施堵塞的问题,增加了脱硫系统的稳定可靠性,尾气排放达到了国家和地方的排放标准。The principle and the process of wet desulphurization system with lime to treat the smelting flue gas in acid production are introduced.In view of the problems existing in the operation of the desulphurization system,such as the increase of system resistance,the blockage of pipes and devices,the insufficiency of flue gas washing and the excessive emission of exhaust gas,the solutions are put forward fundamentally.The original ash adding valve is transformed into an automatic control electric three-way valve.After the transformation,the problem of blocked pipeline was effectively reduced,the stability and reliability of the desulphurization system was increased,and the exhaust emission reached the national and local emission standards.
