摘 要:[目的]研究人工栽培的52个文冠果种源分类情况,为进一步育种及种质资源保存提供理论研究依据。[方法]本试验通过测定小叶面积、小叶长度、小叶宽度、小叶长宽比、叶缘锯齿数、叶缘周长、总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a/b、一年生枝条长度及粗度等指标,对52个文冠果种源进行系统分类研究。[结果]根据主成分分析结果可提取3个主成分,主成分1主要描述小叶长度、叶缘周长和叶面积;主成分2主要与总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、小叶长宽比相关;主成分3主要描述总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量和叶绿素a/b。[结论]52个文冠果种源可以分为4个大组,组Ⅰ中含有43个种源,组Ⅱ含有2个种源,组Ⅲ含有6个种源,组Ⅳ含1个种源。本研究结果可为今后文冠果引种、新品种培育和种质资源的调查及保存提供理论依据。[Objective]The study was aimed to classify 52 Xanthoceras sorbifolia provenances and provide theoretical basis for breeding and conservation of germplasm resources of X.sorbifolia.[Methods]In this experiment,52 X.sorbifolia provenances were studied by measuring leaf area,leaf length,leaf width,leaf length/width ratio,saw tooth number of leaf edge,perimeter of leaf,total chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,chlorophyll a/b,annual branch length and annual branch thickness.[Results]The three principal components were extracted by PCA.PC1 mainly focused on leaf length,perimeter of leaf and leaf area;PC2 was mainly related to chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,and leaf length/width ratio;PC3 mainly described total chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,and chlorophyll a/b.[Conclusion]According to the results of cluster analysis,four distinct groups were clustered,in which Group I contained 43 provenances and 2 for Group II,6 for GroupⅢ,and 1 for GroupⅣ.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the species introduction,preservation of new varieties,and investigation and preservation of germplasm resources in the future.
