摘  要:[目的]本文旨在建立一种牛奶中兽药残留检测方法。[方法]选用常见粮食小麦、大米、玉米作为碳源,用水热法合成一种新型荧光探针。利用碳量子点与铁离子结合荧光猝灭,向猝灭体系中加入盐酸多巴胺,碳量子点荧光强度恢复的机理,在λex=365 nm、λem=440 nm处检测碳量子点荧光强度,通过观察碳量子点的荧光强度变化定量分析牛奶中的盐酸多巴胺含量。[结果]盐酸多巴胺在1~110μmol·L-1浓度范围内与碳量子点荧光强度变化呈线性关系,检出限为0.3μmol·L-1,牛奶中的回收率为82.38%~104.2%,相对标准偏差为1.09%~2.01%。[结论]运用碳量子点荧光信号“开-关-开”原理实现对牛奶中兽药盐酸多巴胺的快速、高灵敏度检测,建立了一种新的痕量物质检测方法。[Objective]The objective of the study was to establish a method for detecting veterinary drug residue in milk.[Methods]In this study,a new fluorescence probe was synthesized using common grain(wheat,rice and corn)as carbon source by hydrothermal method.Carbon quantum dots were used to bind with iron ions and fluorescence quenching occurred.Then dopamine hydrochloride was added into the quenching system,and the fluorescence intensity of carbon quantum dots was recovered.The mechanism of the recovery of carbon quantum dots'fluorescence intensity was detected atλex=365 nm andλem=440 nm.The content of dopamine hydrochloride in milk was quantitatively analyzed by observing the variation of fluorescence intensity of carbon quantum dots.[Results]Dopamine hydrochloride showed a linear relationship with fluorescence intensity of carbon quantum dots in the concentration range of 1~110μmol·L-1,and the lowest detection limit was 0.3μmol·L-1.The recovery of milk was 82.38%~104.2%and the RSD was 1.09%~2.01%.[Conclusion]The principle of“open-closed-open”fluorescence signal of carbon quantum dots can be used to detect dopamine hydrochloride in milk rapidly and with high sensitivity.
