摘 要:[目的]通过响应面分析法对山楂果核总黄酮的闪式提取工艺条件进行优化。[方法]分别选取料液比、乙醇浓度、闪式提取时间完成单因素试验,然后通过响应面Design-Expert软件的Box-Behnken Design程序进行试验设计,优化出山楂果核总黄酮的闪式提取工艺参数,并进行验证。[结果]料液比为1∶29(g·mL-1)、乙醇浓度为49%、闪式提取时间为91 s时,山楂果核总黄酮提取率最佳,可达0.644%。[结论]本研究优化了山楂果核的闪式提取工艺参数,将为山楂果核总黄酮工业化提取奠定一定的理论基础,以期提升山楂果核资源的利用价值。[Objective]The objective of this study was to optimize the flash extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Hawthorn seeds by response surface methodology.[Methods]Each of the ratio of solid material to liquid,ethanol concentration,and extraction time was employed as single factor to determine the best extract condition with each factor,then Box-Behnken Design test was carried out to optimize the entire extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Hawthorn seed.[Results]The results indicated that the highest extraction rate(0.644%)was obtained when the ratio of solid material to liquid was 1∶29(g·mL-1),and the concentration of ethanol was 49%with the extraction time at 91s.[Conclusion]The extraction condition of flash extraction of flavonoids from Hawthorn seed was optimized in the study.The results will provide a scientific support for the industrialized extraction of flavonoid from Hawthorn seed and enhance the utilization value of Hawthorn seed resources.
