摘　　要：燃料乙醇项目属于新建生物质能源工程项目,项目由工艺装置、辅助生产设施、公用工程设施、储运设施和行政办公及生活服务设施组成。项目组成较为复杂并且产品燃料乙醇易燃易爆,具有一定的危险性。因此燃料乙醇生产装置建设工程项目管理需要提高管理水平和质量。根据燃料乙醇工程项目的特点和难点,提出燃料乙醇项目建设若干管理措施,保障高质量实现项目建设目标。The fuel ethanol project is a new biomass energy engineering project.The project consists of process equipment,auxiliary production facilities,public engineering facilities,storage and transportation facilities,and administrative office and living service facilities.The composition of the project is relatively complex and the product fuel ethanol is flammable and explosive,which has certain dangers.Therefore,the management of fuel ethanol production equipment construction project needs to improve the management level and quality.According to the characteristics and difficulties of fuel ethanol engineering project,this paper proposes several management measures for fuel ethanol project construction to ensure the high quality to achieve the project construction goals.
