摘 要:目的研究原发性骨质疏松症人群的特征性舌象参数。方法筛选老年人群567例,其中男性183例、女性384例。采集数字化舌象,分析舌象图片取得参数值。结果567例老年患者分为3组:骨量正常组169例,骨量减少组240例,骨质疏松组158例。骨质疏松组舌质颜色参数zhiR较骨量正常组降低(P<0.05);骨质疏松组及骨量减少组zhi G较骨量正常组升高(P<0.05);骨量减少组zhiClrS、zhiClrLa及zhiClrCr较骨量正常组降低(P<0.05)。骨质疏松组舌苔颜色参数taiR较骨量减少组及骨量正常组降低(P<0.05);taiClrLa较骨量正常组降低(P<0.05);tai G、tai ClrB、tai ClrG、taiClrI、taiClrL及taiClrY较骨量正常组升高(P<0.05)。骨量减少组taiClrLb较骨量正常组降低(P<0.05);骨质疏松组及骨量减少组taiClrS较骨量正常组降低(P<0.05)。骨质疏松组舌苔厚薄参数perAll较骨量正常组升高,tai ASM较骨量减少组降低,taiENT、taiMEAN及perAll较骨量减少组升高(P<0.05)。骨量减少组tai ASM较骨量正常组升高,taiENT较骨量正常组降低(P<0.05)。结论原发性骨质疏松症人群舌色更淡,苔更湿嫩,提示骨质疏松症的舌象表现以"虚"为主。Objective To investigate the tongue parameter features of the cases with primary osteoporosis.Methods 567 elderly cases were randomly selected,including 183 men and 384 women;the digital tongue images were collected and the values of relating parameters were calculated.Results The 567 elderly were divided into 3 groups:normal bone mass group(n=169),bone mass loss group(n=240)and osteoporosis group(n=158);the level of zhiR(tongue color parameter)of the cases in osteoporosis group was lower than that in normal bone mass group(P<0.05);the levels of zhiG of the cases in osteoporosis group and bone mass loss group were higher than that in normal bone mass group(P<0.059);the levels of zhiClrS,zhi ClrLa and zhi ClrCr of the cases in bone mass loss group were lower than that of normal bone mass group(P<0.05);the level of tai R(tongue coating color parameter)of the cases in osteoporosis group was lower than those in bone mass loss group and normal bone mass group(P<0.05);the level of tai ClrLa of the cases in osteoporosis group was lower than that of normal bone mass group(P<0.05);the levels of tai G,tai ClrB,tai ClrG,taiClrI,tai ClrL and taiClrY of the cases in osteoporosis group were higher than those in normal bone mass group(P<0.05);the level of taiClrLb of the cases in bone mass loss group was lower than that in normal bone mass group(P<0.05);the levels of tai ClrS of the cases in osteoporosis group and bone mass loss group were lower than that of normal bone mass group(P<0.05);the levels of perAll(tongue coating thickness parameter)of the cases in osteoporosis group was higher than those in normal bone mass group and in bone mass loss group(P<0.05);the level of taiASM of the cases in osteoporosis group was lower than that of the cases in bone mass loss group(P<0.05);the levels of tai ENT,tai MEAN and perAll were higher of the cases in osteoporosis group than those in bone mass loss group(P<0.05);the level of taiASM was higher and lower in the level of taiENT was lower in bone mass loss group was those in normal bone
