“交通心肾”指针法对中老年高血压伴失眠患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨"交通心肾"指针法对中老年高血压伴失眠患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择80例中老年高血压伴失眠患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组常规治疗+"交通心肾"指针法干预,观察两组患者临床疗效,对比分析干预前后两组患者的生活质量变化。结果:治疗总有效率观察组(85.0%)高于对照组(47.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组收缩压和舒张压均较干预前明显下降(P<0.01),观察组收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理症状、躯体化症状、工作状态、生气或活力、睡眠状态、焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"交通心肾"指针法能够协助降低中老年高血压伴失眠患者的收缩压水平,改善患者生理心理症状和睡眠状况,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect of"Communicating heart and kidney"pointer on quality of life(QOL)in middle-aged and elderly patients with both hypertension and insomnia.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,while observation was treated with"communicating heart and kidney"based on the method of control group.group received acupressure treatment.The efficiency was observed after the treatment.The score of QOL and blood pressure were monitored before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effectiveness in observation group was 85.0%,higher than the control group of 47.5%(P<0.05).The SBP and DBP of observation group were lower than before(P<0.01),and The SBP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical symptoms,somatization symptoms,working state,vitality,sleep state,anxiety,depression and total quality of life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:The methods of"communicating heart and kidney"can lower the SBP,effectively improve both physiological and psychological symptoms and the sleep quality and the QOL of middle-aged and elderly patients with both hypertension and insomnia.
