制藤茶水提物对大鼠急性咽炎作用及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察制藤茶水提物对大鼠急性咽炎状态、血清中炎症因子和炎症相关基因的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药组和制藤茶水提物低、中、高剂量组。采用20%氨水复制急性咽炎大鼠模型,观察给药后急性咽炎模型大鼠的状态,ELISA法检测血清中TNFα、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10及IFN-γ含量,Real time-PCR法检测炎症相关基因表达。结果:模型组大鼠咽部粘膜充血肿胀明显。与模型组相比,制藤茶水提物各组症状得到不同程度改善,TNFα、IL-1β、IL-6和IFN-γ的含量显著降低,基因表达显著下调;IL-10含量显著增加,IL-10基因表达显著上调。结论:藤制茶水提物对急性咽炎模型大鼠有治疗作用。Objective:To observe the effects of aqueous extracts of Rattan tea on acute pharyngitis,serum inflammatory factors and inflammation-related genes in rats.Method:Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive drug group and aqueous extracts of Rattan tea,low,medium and high dose groups.The rat model of acute pharyngitis was replicated with 20%ammonia water.The state of acute pharyngitis model rats after administration was observed.The serum levels of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10 and IFN-γwere detected by ELISA.Real time-PCR was used to detect the expression of inflammation-related genes.Results:In model group,the pharyngeal mucosa congestion and swelling were obvious.Compared with the model group,aqueous extracts group of the rattan tea were improved to different degrees in symptoms.The aqueous extracts of Rattan tea can significantly reduced the levels of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-6 and IFN-γin the serum of rats with acute pharyngitis,and significantly down-regulate the expression of inflammation-related genes.It could significantly increased IL-10 levels in serum and up-regulated IL-10 genes expression in model rats.Conclusion:The aqueous extracts of Rattan tea has a therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis model rats.
