摘 要:库存是企业进行生产、销售的稳定基础,同时库存成本占据企业总资产的三分之一,所以库存很大程度上决定了企业产品生产和销售的效率。随着物流的发展,企业竞争逐渐向供应链之间的竞争转移,成本控制变得更加复杂。针对该问题,在考虑供应链整体成本最优情况下,建立了一个二级分销系统库存控制模型,即包含一个分销中心和多个零售商。并且考虑到两方决策者之间不对称的合作关系,引入多级价格折扣作为利润共享策略。最后运用到上海某物流公司的实际成本优化中,运用Python软件通过遗传算法进行求解。以期为该公司优化库存成本,保证库存控制质量提供依据和参考。Inventory is the stable basis for production and sales of enterprises.At the same time,inventory costs account for one-third of the total assets of the company,so the inventory determines the efficiency of production and sales of the products.With the development of logistics,enterprise competition gradually shifts to competition between supply chains,and cost control becomes more complicated.To solve this problem,this paper establishes a two-level distribution system inventory control model,which includes a distribution center and multiple retailers,considering the optimal cost of the supply chain.And considering the asymmetric cooperation between the two decision makers,this paper introduces multi-level price discount as a profit sharing strategy.Finally,it is applied to the actual cost optimization of a logistics company in Shanghai,and the Python software is used to solve the problem through genetic algorithm.In order to provide the basis and reference for the company to optimize inventory costs and ensure the quality of inventory control.
