摘 要:某厂生产的SF6互感器在投运后1~2年内发生批量内部湿度回升异常情况,通过分析该批次SF6互感器器身的内部结构与真空干燥处理过程,发现互感器湿度异常是干燥工艺不当所致。为此,对干燥工艺进行优化,并进行了实验室验证。结果表明,干燥工艺优化后加快了SF6互感器内部绝缘材料的水分蒸发与迁移,使互感器干燥更彻底,确保了互感器安全稳定运行。The internal humidity in a batch of SF6 instrument transformers produced by a factory increased abnormally within 1 to 2 years after being put into operation. The internal structure of the transformer body and the vacuum drying process of the batch of SF6 instrument transformers are analyzed. It is found that the abnormal humidity in the transformers was caused by the improper drying process. To address this problem, the drying process is optimized and verified in a laboratory. The results show that the optimized drying process accelerates the evaporation and migration of water in the internal insulation material of SF6 instrument transformers, leading to better drying effects and ensuring the secure and stable operation of the transformers.
