摘 要:吐氏酸废水具有酸度高、COD高、含盐量高、氨氮高、可生化性差等特点,属较难治理的染料中间体废水。传统的萃取/反萃取+微电解+多元催化氧化+氨氮吹脱和精馏脱氨工艺治理方案处理成本高,运行效果不佳。采取三级大孔吸附树脂+活性炭+汽提蒸氨塔+MVR蒸发器的方案,具有运行成本低、处理效果好的优点。The Tobias acid waste water has prominent characteristics such as highly acidity,high COD,high salt content,high ammonia nitrogen and poor biodegradability.It is a dye intermediate waste water which is difficult to treat.The traditional way of extraction/reverse extraction+microelectrolysis+multicomponent catalytic+ammonia oxide stripping and distilling deamination has the shortages of high cost and poor effect.In this paper,the method including of three-stage macroporous adsorption resin+activated carbon+stripping ammonia tower+MVR evaporator has the outstanding advantages of lower treatment costs and treatment effects.
