摘　　要：对标2020年基本建成国际金融中心的目标,上海现阶段还存在金融产品相对不够丰富,缺乏国际市场定价权和话语权,全球投资、融资中心的功能作用发挥不够,国际金融交易场所的国际影响力不足等薄弱环节。因此,上海应加快金融改革创新,加强上海自贸试验区与国际金融中心建设联动,完善金融市场功能和金融监管体系,增强金融创新活力和综合服务能力,探索具有国际竞争力的涉外金融税制,优化金融发展环境,以扩大上海国际金融中心的全球影响力。With regard to the target of basically building an international financial center by 2020,Shanghai still has some weak links at this stage,such as relatively insufficient financial products, lack of pricing power and discourse power in the international market,insufficient functioning of the global investment and financing center,and insufficient international influence in international financial exchanges.Therefore,Shanghai should speed up financial reform and innovation,strengthen the linkage between the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone and the construction of an international financial center,improve the financial market function and financial supervision system,enhance the vitality of financial innovation and comprehensive service capability,explore an internationally competitive foreign financial tax system,and optimize the financial development environment in order to expand the global influence of Shanghai’s international financial center.
