高校图书馆文化育人功能的价值追求与途径探索

摘　　要：文化育人是高校图书馆的价值追求和灵魂所在。高校图书馆通过文化环境的熏陶和文化活动的开展,促进人的全面发展,实现文化育人使命。我国高校图书馆对此进行了诸多的探索实践,体现了文化育人的价值,有些图书馆的案例值得同行借鉴或思考。特别是湖南师范大学图书馆的实践,重点培育了学生人文素养、信息素养、文明素养、实践能力、创新能力,取得了良好成效。Cultivating talents with culture is the value pursuit and soul of university libraries. Through the cultivation of cultural environment and the development of cultural activities, college libraries promote the all-round development of people and fulfill the mission of cultural education. University libraries in China have played important role in cultivating talents with culture through their practice cases which are worthy of reference. In particular, the practice of Hunan Normal University Library has focused on cultivating students’ humanistic literacy, information literacy, civilization literacy, practical ability, and innovation ability, and has achieved good results.
