闭架馆藏预约技术和调拨策略研究

摘　　要：传统闭架图书纸本登记预约的方式在实时性、交互性、效率、登记识别、馆藏借阅统计等方面有很大的局限性,限制了读者对馆藏文献的及时有效利用,而现有图书馆集成管理系统不支持闭架图书预约以及流通信息统计分析功能。文章提出闭架图书预约的框架和关键方法,把读者借阅需求与二线馆藏工作相融合,开发了闭架图书预约系统,利用聚类分析,确定图书调拨方向,实现馆藏信息的优化管理和揭示。Traditional way of reservation services for closed-shelf books has great limitations in real-time, interaction, efficiency, identification, collection statistics etc., which restricts the effective use of the collection,while the existing library integrated management system does not support closed-shelf book reservations and statistical analysis of circulation information. This paper puts forward the framework and key methods of closed-shelf book reservations, integrates readers’ borrowing needs with second-line collection work, and develops a closed-shelf book reservation system., using cluster analysis to determine the direction of book allocation, optimizing and revealing for collections.
