摘 要:采用冷却-混凝预处理技术处理气田废水三效蒸发母液,研究了该预处理技术对有机物和悬浮物的去除效果,考察了温度、混凝剂种类、药剂投加量和pH值对处理效果的影响。将蒸发母液从初始50℃冷却至14℃后,COD的去除率从17.1%上升到32.7%,SS去除率从79.1%上升到92.1%。混凝试验的最佳药剂组合为聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),最佳PAC投加量为2 g/L,最佳PAM投加量为1.5 mg/L,最佳pH值为7.3。在优化工艺条件下,COD去除率为51.24%,SS去除率为99.32%。结果表明温度对混凝效果有显著影响,冷却-混凝法是适合预处理气田水蒸发母液的有效方法。Cooling-coagulation pretreatment was adopted to pretreat triple effect evaporation concentrate of gas field wastewater,and the removal effect of it on organic matters and suspended solids was studied.The influences of temperature,coagulant types,reagent dosage,and pH value on the treatment effect were investigated.When the initial temperature was decreased from 50℃to 14℃,the removal rates of COD and SS raised from 17.1%,79.1%to 32.7%,92.1%respectively.The optimal agent combination was polyaluminium chloride(PAC)and polyacrylamide(PAM),the optimal dosage of PAC and PAM were 2 g/L and 1.5 mg/L respectively,the optimal pH value was 7.3.Under the optimized process condition,the removal rates of COD and SS were 51.24%and 99.32%respectively.The results showed that,temperature had obvious influence on coagulation effect,and cooling-coagulation was a suitable and effective method for pretreatment of evaporation concentrate of gas field wastewater.
