摘 要:为优化硫酸钛混凝处理工业废水中Pb^2+、As^3+工艺,以模拟工业废水为研究对象,考察pH值、硫酸钛投加量及PAM投加量对Pb^2+、As^3+去除率的影响。结果表明,碱性条件下,硫酸钛对于Pb^2+及As^3+的去除效果较好,去除率最大可达到86%与88%;在不投加PAM的条件下,当硫酸钛投加量为40 mg/L时,对As^3+的去除率已经达到最大值95%,当其投加量为60 mg/L时,对Pb^2+去除率达到最佳值57%;当PAM投加量为4 mg/L,硫酸钛投加量为30 mg/L时,硫酸钛对Pb^2+与As^3+的去除率均达到最高,分别为72%与97%。In order to optimize the removal of Pb^2+and As^3+from industrial wastewater by titanium sulfate coagulation,taking simulated industrial wastewater as the research object,the effect of pH value,titanium sulfate and PAM dosage,and some other factors on Pb^2+and As^3+removal were investigated.The results showed that,under alkaline condition,titanium sulfate could get a better performance on Pb^2+and As^3+removing with the highest removal rates of 86%and 88%respectively.Without PAM dosing,when the titanium sulfate dosage was 40 mg/L,the maximum removal rate of As^3+reached 95%;when its dosage was 60 mg/L,the maximum removal rate of Pb2+was 57%.Under the condition that the PAM and titanium sulfate dosage were 4 and 30 mg/L respectively,the removal rates of Pb^2+and As^3+reached the highest,which were 72%and 97%respectively.
