摘  要:湖北省某污水处理厂采用改良氧化沟处理工艺,为满足减排要求,出水标准由GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级B标准提高到一级A标准。通过分析原工程存在问题,针对进水碳源不足问题,增设乙酸钠投加系统向生物池缺氧区补充碳源,从而保证脱氮效率;针对TP和SS超标问题,增建混凝-沉淀-过滤深度处理工艺;除臭采用生物除臭工艺。工程总投资约2500万元,单位经营成本增加0.31元/m3。实际运行情况表明,提标改造工程出水水质完全达到一级A标准。Modified oxidation ditch process was adopted in a wastewater treatment plant in Hubei province.In order to meet the emission reduction requirement,the effluent standard was required to be upgraded form the first level B standard to the first level A standard which specified in GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant。Through analyzing the existing problems of the initial project,three renovation schemes were proposed:adding sodium acetate feed system to supplement carbon source to the anoxic zone of biological pond so as to ensure denitification efficiency;adopting advanced treatment process of coagulation-precipitation-filtration to remove exceeding TP and SS;using biological deodorization process to eliminate odor.The total investment of the project was about 25 million yuan and the operating cost was increased by 0.31 yuan/m3.After the upgrading and reconstruction,the actual operation condition of the project showed that,the effluent water quality could totally meet the requirement of grade 1 level A of the discharge standard.
