摘 要:目的探索日本成年人手部肌力随年龄与BMI的变化规律及不同测量条件下的差异性,为我国国家标准肌力参数的测量规范与采集提供依据。方法整理日本7个地区23-79岁1958位受试者手部拇触、食触、推力、拉力与握力共5个肌力参数数据,按照性别、年龄、BMI、操作平面与高度分组,采用差异性检验与方差分析考查手部肌力参数的变化规律及不同测量条件下的差异。结果日本男女手部静态肌力随年龄的增长呈先升高后降低趋势,随BMI的升高呈持续升高趋势;操作平面对男女拇触、食触与握力有显著影响(P<0.01);操作高度对男性拇触、拉力与握力有显著影响(P<0.05),对女性5个参数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论日本人手部静态肌力随年龄和BMI的变化趋势与以往对中国人肌力变化的研究结果相似,不同测量条件下的肌力差异可用于指导我国肌力参数测量规范的制定。Objective We explored the changes of hand muscle strength with age and BMI,and the diversity under different measurement conditions in Japanese adults,in order to provide a basis for the survey specification and collection of muscle strength parameters in Chinese national standards.Methods We arranged the muscle strength data of 1958 Japaneses who aged 23-79 years and lived in 7 regions of Japan.The database was grouped by gender,age,BMI,operation plane and height which included the thumb and index finger touch force,push and pull strength,and handgrip strenth.The Difference Test and Variance Analysis were used to analyse the changes of hand muscle strength with age and BMI,and the diversity under different measurement conditions.Results The static hand strength of Japanese male and female subjects increased firstly and then decreased with aging,and constantly increased with the rise of BMI.The operation plane had significant effect on the thumb and index finger touch force,and handgrip strength of male and female(P<0.01).The operation height had significant effect on thumb touch force,pull strength and handgrip strength(P<0.05),but there was no significant effect on the five parameters of female(P>0.05).Conclusion The change trends of hand strength with age and BMI in Japanese are similar with the previous research results in China.The diversity of muscle strength under different measurement conditions can be used to guide the formulation for measurement standards of muscle strength parameters in China.
