摘 要:无轴承开关磁阻电机(BSRM)由于其定、转子的双凸结构和脉冲式的电源供电方式,存在转矩脉动较大的问题,选择合适的开通角与关断角有望改善其转矩性能。针对宽转子齿无轴承开关磁阻电机(BSRMWR),提出了一种改善型控制算法。该算法通过分析换相时的绕组上升与下降电流,在保证悬浮力跟踪良好的前提下,调节换相时的开通角与关断角,以达到抑制其转矩脉动的目的。基于该电机磁阻的双相导通原理,建立转矩和悬浮力的数学模型,分析了该控制策略的基本原理,给出了其参数计算方法。仿真结果验证了该控制算法的可行性和有效性。Because of the double salient structure of its stators and rotors and pulsed power supply,BSRM has problems of larger torque ripple.Choosing the right turn-on and turn-off angle was expected to improve its performance of the torque.An improved control algorithm for BSRMWR was proposed.By analyzing the winding rise and fall currents during commutation,the turn-on and turn-off angles between commutations were adjusted to achieve the purpose of suppressing the torque ripple under the premise of ensuring good levitation force tracking.Based on the principle of two-phase conduction of this motor,mathematical models of torque and levitation force were built,the basic principles of the control strategy were analyzed and the calculation method of its parameters was given.Simulation results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the control method.
