摘  要:为了设计、生产抗振动、低噪声的圆锯片基体,利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行动态特性分析;通过模态分析,比较圆锯片基体的开孔数量、开孔形状以及孔缝混合结构对其固有频率的影响;通过谐响应分析,比较未开孔圆锯片基体与孔缝混合结构圆锯片基体的应力分布;通过声场特性分析,验证孔缝混合结构对圆锯片基体的抗振降噪效果。结果表明:相对于未开孔的圆锯片基体,具有孔缝混合结构的同阶固有频率降低,应力减小,并且在900~980 Hz频率范围内,其声功率级较低,可作为工作转速的参考数据;孔缝混合结构有效地降低了圆锯片基体的振动和噪声。To design and produce the matrix of circular saw blade with anti-vibration and low-noise,the ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics.Through the modal analysis,the influence of the number of holes,the shape of holes,and the mixed structure of holes and joints on the natural frequency of circular saw blade was compared.By means of the harmonic response analysis,the stress distribution of the common circular saw blade matrix and the matrix with mixed structure of holes and joints was compared.Through the analysis of sound field characteristics,the anti-vibration and noise reduction effect of the mixed structure on the matrix of circular saw blade was verified.The results show that the natural frequency and stress of the matrix with the mixed structure of the slotted circular saw blade decrease relative to the unslotted circular saw blade matrix.In the frequency range of 900 Hz to 980 Hz,its sound power level is lower,which can be used as the reference data of working speed.The mixed structure with holes and joints effectively reduces the vibration and noise of circular saw blades.
