摘　　要：经静脉植入心律转复除颤器(TV-ICD)是预防心源性猝死(SCD)的有效手段,但其围手术期和长期并发症发生率较高,且多数是由植入式电极引起。皮下植入式心律转复除颤器(S-ICD)无需将电极植入心脏内,避免了TV-ICD电极相关并发症,为SCD高危患者提供了新的治疗选择。本文在介绍S-ICD工作原理的基础上,阐述了S-ICD在国内外的临床应用现状并予以展望。Transvenous implantable cardioverterdefibrillator(TV-ICD)system is an effective method for the prevention of sudden cardiac death(SCD).However,the implanted electrodes of TV-ICD results in a high incidence of perioperative and longterm complications.Subcutaneous implantable cardioverterdefibrillator(S-ICD)avoids the complications associated with transvenous leads profit by its entirely extracardiac implantation.It provides a new treatment option for patients with highrisk of SCD.The purpose of this article is to introduce the working principle of S-ICD,and describe the clinical application status and prospect.
