高校学生社团建设优化策略探究

摘　　要：大学生社团活动作为高校第二思政育人课堂在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,但也存在缺乏科学上的管理模式、主观上的价值认同、内涵上的思想引领以及品牌上的凝练提升等问题。文章拟从目前社团建设中存在的问题进行分析,从强化规范管理、增强主导意识、提升内涵品质、打造品牌活动等方面对加强高校学生社团建设提出了优化策略。As the second ideological and political education class,university student association activities play a very important role in cultivating and practicing the socialist core values though they some problems such as lack of scientific management mode,subjective value identification,ideological guidance in connotation and brand promotion etc.This paper intends to analyze the problems existing in the construction of university student association,and puts forward optimization strategies of strengthening normative management,enhancing leading consciousness,improving connotation quality and building brand activities etc to strengthen the construction of university students association,to promote the effect of education.
