快速康复联合中医药在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期中的运用

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期中快速康复联合中医药的应用效果。方法选取该院2015年1月-2019年5月收治的68例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组行常规围术期护理,观察组则采用快速康复外科联合中医药进行干预,对比两组患者术后住院时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组住院时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间分别为(6.01±0.08)d、(5.16±0.12)h、(5.12±0.16)h,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=51.175、85.366、23.655,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.82%,明显低于对照组的32.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.756,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期中快速康复联合中医药的应用效果显著,利于促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 68 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2015 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomLy divided into two groups.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group used rapid rehabilitation surgery Chinese medicine intervention,comparing the postoperative hospital stay,anal exhaust time,get out of bed activities,complications occurred in the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay,anal exhaust time and time of getting out of bed in the observation group were(6.01±0.08)d,(5.16±0.12)h,and(5.12±0.16)h,respectively,which were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=51.175,85.366,23.655,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.82%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group32.25%,,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.756,P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid resuscitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a significant effect on the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function and the incidence of complications.
