鼻咽癌患者院前诊断自我感受负担及其相关影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者院前诊断的自我感受负担现状,及其相关影响因素。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月在广西医科大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉头颈外科门诊未治疗确诊鼻咽癌患者共296例(回收280例),在进行诊断前,采用一般资料调查表、自我感受负担量表进行调查,了解患者的一般资料,自我感受负担现状,并运用多元逐步回归分析其相关影响因素。结果280例患者中,鼻咽癌患者院前诊断自我感受负担得分为26~45(34.28±4.21)分,其中经济负担(5.72±0.96)分,身体负担(4.32±1.12)分,情感负担(4.10±1.02)分。经多元逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、教育程度、是否在职可作为显著变量。结论鼻咽癌患者院前诊断时,会存在轻微的自我感受负担,其与年龄、教育程度、是否在职有密切关系。Objective To investigate the self-reception burden of prehospital diagnosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 296 patients(recovered 280 patients with unrecognized nasopharyngeal carcinoma)who underwent undiagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018,were selected for general data investigation before diagnosis.The table and the self-feeling burden scale were investigated to understand the general information of the patients,the self-receptive burden status,and the multivariate stepwise regression analysis of the relevant influencing factors.Results Among 280 patients,the pre-hospital diagnosis self-receptive burden score of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 26-45(34.28±4.21)points,including economic burden(5.72±0.96)points,body burden(4.32±1.12)points,emotional burden(4.10±1.02)points.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that age,education level,and whether or not be employed can be used as significant variables.Conclusion There is a slight self-feeling burden in prehospital diagnosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,which is closely related to age,education level and whether employed.
