摘  要:针对龙伯透镜双星跟踪天线伺服平台稳定性问题,文章从平台结构和控制两个方面进行研究。结构方面,基于平台三维模型和坐标变换公式得到的位置闭环所用的甲板角提升了平台的外部稳定性;控制方面,提出一种结合前馈系统及补偿装置的补偿式PID控制算法将平台的非线性扰动转换为线性输入来提升了平台的稳定性。经Simulink仿真结果表明:所提出的补偿式PID控制算法更为有效的补偿转矩扰动,平台稳定精度提高20%左右。Aiming at the stability of the servo platform of the two-star tracking antenna with Longbo lens,this paper researches the structure and control of the platform.Structurally,the external stability of the platform is improved by establishing the three-dimensional model of the platform and the deck angle of the closed-loop position obtained by coordinate transformation.Control,a compensated PID control algorithm combining feed-forward system and compensation device is proposed,which converts the non-linear disturbance of the platform into linear input to improve the stability of the platform.Simulink simulation results show that the proposed compensated PID control algorithm is more effective in compensating torque disturbance,and the platform stability accuracy is improved by about 20%.
