摘 要:固井质量检测和套损检测是井筒完整性检测的重要部分,超声成像测井是进行井筒完整性检测关键技术之一.超声回波包括反射波和共振波2部分,共振波携带了套管外物质的阻抗信息,是固井质量测量的主要信号.基于超声脉冲回波理论及大量实验的基础上,分析了原阻抗计算方法存在的不足,提出了多时域阻抗计算方法.为充分利用共振波信息,把共振区域分为不同的区域,分别计算各自的阻抗,求平均得到平均声阻抗,尽可能消除干扰信号的影响.采用不同时域内阻抗平均值进行固井质量评价,阻抗测量值有了明显提高,并提出新的解释评价方法,建立了固井质量评价标准.实际应用表明,新方法具有较好的应用效果.Inspection of cementing quality and casing damage is an important part of inspection of wellbore integrity. Ultrasonic imaging logging(UIL) is one of the key technologies for inspection of wellbore integrity. Ultrasonic echoes include reflected wave and resonance wave. Resonance wave carries the impedance information about the material outside casing, and it is the primary signal reflecting cementing quality. Based on the theory of ultrasonic echo and a large amount of experiments, this paper analyzes why the original impedance calculation method has disadvantages, and proposes a multi-time domain impedance calculation method. In order to make full use of resonance wave information, a resonance area is divided into different zones, and impedances are calculated separately and averaged to eliminate the influence of noises. The average impedance calculated using the multi-time domain method can obviously improve the evaluation of cementing quality. Finally, a new interpretation method is proposed, and cementing quality evaluation criteria are established. Field applications show that the new method is effective.
