摘　　要：绝骨穴又名悬钟、髓会,是足少阳胆经的第39个穴位,为八会穴之髓会。本文分析整理绝骨穴在古代文献中的记载,明晰该穴位的穴名渊源、定位及循经、穴性特点、主治应用规律以及刺法灸法和禁忌。总结可知绝骨穴具有疏肝利胆、舒筋活络、补肾壮骨、益髓健脑的功效,古代和现代多运用该穴治疗内、外、妇、儿、五官科多种疾病,临床应用范围十分广泛。整理和分析古代文献中的相关记载对于拓宽绝骨穴的临床运用思路大有益处,为临床应用和穴位实质的科学研究提供更多的参考依据。Juegu is the thirty-ninth point of the foot Shaoyang gall meridian,also named Xuanzhong,and Suihui.It is the marrow convergence of the eight influential acupoints.We reviewed the records of Juegu in ancient books to analyze the name’s origin,location at the meridian,acupoint characteristic,the major functions,needling and moxibustion methods,and contraindication.We summarized that the Juegu point could disperse stagnated liver Qi for promoting bile flow,relax and activate collaterals,strengthen the kidney and the bone,tonifying brain and marrow.It can be used in the treatment of various diseases in the internal medicine,the surgery,the gynaecology,the paediatricsand ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology.By clearly clarifying the characteristics of acupoint and its application law in ancient literature,it will widen the idea of clinical application and provide more reference for clinical and scientific research.
