论柴胡、芍药在柴胡疏肝散中的核心地位

摘　　要：核心药组是方剂中的精髓,主导着方剂的作用趋势,也隐藏着重要的配伍规律。从功效上来看,柴胡-芍药是柴胡疏肝散发挥疏肝解郁功效的重要药对。从方剂组成来看,柴胡-芍药是柴胡疏肝散中的核心药组,构成了柴胡疏肝散的基本骨架,不可随意拆卸。该文主要从肝的治则治法、名医药论、柴胡疏肝散类方、现代药理作用机制、统计学等不同角度进行充分论证柴胡-芍药在柴胡疏肝散中的核心地位,探讨其疏肝养肝的合理性,为临床用药提供理论依据。The core herb group is the essence of the formulae,which dominates the action trend of the formulae and also hides the important compatibility law.From the perspective of efficacy,the Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba herb pair is an important pair of drugs to exert the function of dispersing stagnated liver Qi for relieving Qi stagnation.From the formula composition,it is the core herb group of Chaihu-Shu-Gan-San,which constitute the basic skeleton of Chaihu-Shu-Gan-San and can not be disassembled at will.In this paper,the core position of Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Alba Radix in Chaihu-Shu-Gan-San is fully demonstrated from different perspectives such as the rule of treatment of liver,the herb theory of prominent traditional chinese medicine doctors,the analogous formulae of Chaihu-Shu-Gan-San,modern pharmacological mechanism and statistics.The rationality of the compatibility of dispersing stagnated liver Qi and nourishing the liver is discussed to provide theoretical basis for clinical medication.
