风药治疗黄疸的理论探析

摘　　要：风药是指味辛、性轻,有升、散、透、窜、行等特性,具有发散透邪、祛风除湿、平息内风、疏通气机、通关利窍等作用的一类药物。黄疸是以身、目、小便黄染为主症的一种疾病,因其主要由于湿邪为患,故病程多迁延难愈。中医认为风能胜湿,风药具有祛湿化痰、疏肝利胆、活血通阳以及引经增效等作用。中医文献研究及临床观察均表明,在黄疸病治疗中,针对其病因病机及临床特点,在辨证施治基础上加入豨莶草、川芎、刘寄奴、桂枝、徐长卿等相应风药,可以加速黄疸消退。因此,进一步探讨风药治疗黄疸的理论机制及用药规律,可为黄疸的中医药治疗提供新思路和新方法。Wind medicine is a kind of medicine which has the characteristics of spicy taste,light nature,ascending,dispersing,penetrating,channeling and traveling.It has the functions of dispersing pathogenic factors,dispelling wind and removing dampness,smoothing internal wind,dredgeing Qi activity,clearing customs and promoting orifice.Jaundice is a disease characterized by yellow staining of the body,eyes and urine.Because of dampness,the course of jaundice is prolonged and difficult to cure.According to traditional Chinese medicine,wind energy is better than dampness,and wind medicine has the functions of eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm,soothing liver and gallbladder,promoting blood circulation and promoting Yang,and inducing meridian synergy.Literature study and clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine show that in the treatment of jaundice,according to its etiology,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics,adding the corresponding wind medicines such as Herba Siegesbeckiae,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Liu Jinu,Guizhi and Xu Changqing on the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs can accelerate the disappearance of jaundice.Therefore,further exploring the theoretical mechanism and medication rule of wind medicine in the treatment of jaundice can provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of jaundice with traditional Chinese medicine.
