前列腺等离子电切术与单极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺等离子电切术与单极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及安全性分析。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年12月该院收治的80例良性前列腺增生患者,随机数字表法将所有研究对象按照分成两组,每组40例。对照组采用传统的经尿道前列腺单极电切术治疗,研究组经尿道前列腺等离子体双极电切术治疗,比较两组的疗效和安全性。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量、拔管时间差异无统计学意义(t=1.012、1.889、0.392,P>0.05),研究组的膀胱冲洗时间(2.3±1.2)d低于对照组(3.0±1.1)d,差异有统计学意义(t=2.720,P<0.01),研究组的住院时间(8.10±1.31)d低于对照组(8.86±1.43)d,差异有统计学意义(t=2.479,P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术与前列腺单极电切术均有效治疗良性前列腺增生,但前者的并发症发生率低,安全性高,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of prostate plasma electrotomy and monopolar electrotomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Eighty patients with convenient selected benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.All subjects were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional transurethral resection of the prostate.The study group was treated with transurethral plasma bipolar electrotomy.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and extubation time between the two groups(t=1.012,1.889,0.392,P>0.05).The bladder irrigation time of the study group(2.3±1.2)d was lower than that of the control group(3.0±1.1)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.720,P<0.01).The hospitalization time of the study group(8.10±1.31)d was lower than that of the control group(8.86±1.43)d.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.479,P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral prostate bipolar plasma electrotomy and prostate monopolar resection are effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,but the former has a low incidence of complications and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
