中国城镇劳动力市场工资议价能力研究

摘  要:根据2010—2017年中国31个省市自治区的面板数据,构建双边随机前沿模型,对中国城镇劳动力市场中的工资议价能力进行实证测度。研究结果表明:教育提升了员工的议价能力,对雇主的议价能力有负影响但不显著;经济发展减弱了员工的议价能力,提升了雇主的议价能力;对外贸易和外商直接投资提升了员工的议价能力,减弱了雇主的议价能力。为提升中国城镇劳动力市场的有效性,应深化教育体制改革,提高员工的知识水平,加大西部地区对外开放程度,增加对企业研发投入,减轻税费负担,采取有效措施改善企业的生产效率。According to the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2017,a bilateral sto⁃chastic frontier model was constructed to empirically measure the wage bargaining power in China's urban labor market.The results show that education improves the bargaining power of employees and has a negative impact on the bargaining power of employers,but it is not significant;The level of economic development has weakened the bargaining power of employees and improved the bargaining power of employers;The condition of foreign trade and foreign direct investment have improved the bargaining power of employees and weakened the bargaining power of employers.In order to improve the effectiveness of China's urban labor market,we should deepen the reform of the education system,improve the knowledge level of domestic employees,promote the degree of openness in the west⁃ern region,increase investment support for domestic enterprises,reduce the burden of related taxes and fees,and take effective measures to improve domestic business and productivity.
