摘 要:目的探讨糖代谢异常患者血脂、血压和胰岛素抵抗指数的差异。方法共纳入该院2017年1月-2019年1月糖代谢异常患者共150例,包括空腹血糖受损组50例、糖调节受损组50例、糖耐量减低组50例。检测各组患者的血脂、胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果糖耐量减低组的血脂TC、TG、LDL均明显高于空腹血糖受损组和糖调节受损组,其中LDL与其余两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在糖调节受损组LDL亦高于空腹血糖受损组(P<0.05);而各组间的HOMA-IR亦呈逐渐升高趋势,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但各组间血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂代谢异常在糖代谢异常患者中较为明显,可能参与了糖尿病的发生发展,对糖代谢异常患者需密切监测血脂水平的变化。Objective To investigate the differences of blood lipid, blood pressure and insulin resistance index in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods A total of 150 patients with abnormal glucose metabolism were enrolled in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019, including 50 patients with impaired fasting glucose, 50 patients with impaired glucose regulation, and 50 patients with impaired glucose tolerance. The blood lipids and insulin levels of each group of patients were measured, and the insulin resistance index was calculated. Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL in the glucose tolerance group were significantly higher than those in the fasting glucose group and the glucose-mediated group. The difference between LDL and the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The LDL in the adjusted group was also higher than that in the fasting glucose group(P<0.05). The HOMA-IR in each group also increased gradually, and the difference between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure between the groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Abnormal blood lipid metabolism is more obvious in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism, which may be involved in the development of diabetes. Patients with abnormal glucose metabolism should be closely monitored of the changes in blood lipid levels.
