摘　　要：目的探讨老年男性颈脊髓运动完全性损伤患者尿流动力学特点,为临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾分析76例老年(60~75岁)男性颈脊髓运动完全性损伤患者的尿流动力学检查结果,以ASIA分级A、B分为A、B两组,将尿流动力学检查数据逐一进行分析,以发现两组的尿流动力学特点所存在的差异。结果所有患者中,逼尿肌过度活跃66例,占总数86.84%,其中A组33例,占总数43.42%,B组33例,占总数43.42%;膀胱逼尿肌无反射10例,占总数13.16%,其中A组9例,占总数11.84%,B组1例,占B组总数1.32%。两组间膀胱有无反射存在统计学差异(P<0.05);A级损伤的患者出现膀胱无反射的概率明显高于B级损伤的患者。结论老年男性颈脊髓运动完全性损伤患者膀胱功能状态与损伤平面以下感觉功能是否保留有关。Objective To analyze the differences of urine dynamic characteristics in elderly male patients withcervical spinal cord motor complete injury and toprovide the reference for clinical treatment.Methods The urine dynamic datas of 76 elderly patients with cervical spinal cord motor complete injury are retrospectively reviewed.All the patients are divided into group A and group B according to the ASIA classification.Then we analyze urine flow dynamic data one by one and find some differences between the two groups.Results Among all the patients,66 cases have detrusor hyperactivity,and accounting for 86.84%of the total patients.In this study 33 cases are grade A,accounting for 43.42%of the total patients.And 33 cases are grade B,accounting for 43.42%of the tota patients.We also find that 10 cases have bladder detrusor areflexia,and they account for 13.16%of the total patients.Among them 9 cases are grade A,and accounting for 11.84%of the total patients.However 1 case is grade B,and accounting for 1.32%of the total number.Between the two groups,the bladder with or without reflection has statistical differences(P<0.05).But other urine dynamic parameters have no statistical differences(P>0.05).Grade A damaged patients’bladder are more likely get areflexia than grade B injured patients.Conclusions Thestate of bladder function in elderly male patients with cervical spinal cord motor complete injury,is associated with whether the sensory function is preserved all not.
